American Medical Society for Sports Medicine Foundation

The mission of the AMSSM Foundation is to support and benefit the operations of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. The AMSSM Foundation is dedicated to the support & recognition of excellence in Sports Medicine education, research and scientific activities, while promoting opportunities for humanitarian outreach. The 501c(3) non-profit educational foundation serves as the fundraising arm of AMSSM, accepting contributions, sponsorship support and grants from individuals and corporate supporters. The Foundation seeks to fund programs, research, education and initiatives developed by AMSSM.

AMSSM-ACSM Research Grant Applications
The maximum total grant is $20,000, which will be awarded to a single research proposal for the initial maximum time period of a two-year grant cycle. Applications will be due the Feburary 14, 2014.
